We are seeking a motivated Administrative-Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in Budaörs. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Sales Executive with organizational, logistical, and administrative tasks
Provide general administrative support across departments
Process client and supplier requests and orders
Manage daily correspondence with clients and partners
Prepare sales statistics and reports
Create offers, process orders, and handle billing and delivery management
Oversee logistical and administrative processes
WHAT YOU BRING
High school diploma or higher
Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
Skills in creating presentations
Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Strong communicator with good negotiation abilities
Independent, precise, and detail-oriented
Logical mindset and problem-solving skills
It’s an advantage if you have
At least one year of experience in trade or a related field
Familiarity with corporate governance systems
