OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated Administrative-Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at our headquarters in Budaörs. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Sales Executive with organizational, logistical, and administrative tasks

  • Provide general administrative support across departments

  • Process client and supplier requests and orders

  • Manage daily correspondence with clients and partners

  • Prepare sales statistics and reports

  • Create offers, process orders, and handle billing and delivery management

  • Oversee logistical and administrative processes

WHAT YOU BRING

  • High school diploma or higher

  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint

  • Skills in creating presentations

  • Fluent in written and spoken English

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills

  • Strong communicator with good negotiation abilities

  • Independent, precise, and detail-oriented

  • Logical mindset and problem-solving skills

    It’s an advantage if you have

    • At least one year of experience in trade or a related field

    • Familiarity with corporate governance systems
